Privacy policy
What we collect
If you join the waitlist, we collect your email address, and optionally your team size and which agent you use. If you contact sales, we collect the details you enter in that form. We use privacy- friendly analytics that do not use cookies or track you across sites.
Why, and on what legal basis
We process waitlist data on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by ticking the box and confirming via the double opt-in email we send. We use it only to email you when there is a build to run. Sales enquiries are processed to respond to your request (Art. 6(1)(b)/(f) GDPR).
Who processes it
Waitlist and sales submissions are handled by Formspree, Inc., our form and email-delivery provider. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising, and we do not currently run website analytics. As Formspree is based in the United States, that transfer relies on the Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist emails until launch or until you unsubscribe, whichever comes first. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe. Sales enquiries are kept for [[retention period]].
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can access, correct, delete or export your data, withdraw consent at any time, and object to processing. To exercise any of these, email hola@ivmarketing.es. You may also complain to your local data protection authority — in Spain, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD).
A note on the product
This policy covers the website only. The Ágora desktop application keeps your code on your machine and never receives your AI credentials — see the security model for how that works.
Terms of use
This website is provided for information about Ágora, which is in early development. Nothing here is an offer, a warranty, or a commitment to ship on any date. Joining the waitlist does not create a contract or guarantee access. We may change this site and its content at any time.
The Ágora application, when released, will be governed by its own licence and terms, presented at that time. This site is governed by the laws of Spain, with the courts of Málaga having jurisdiction.
